-Creating internal and external events concepts (from career fairs and CSR projects to international events and our so funtastic festivals for 1200+ colleagues) and being responsible for implementation from the start till the end;
-Delivering projects on time, within budget, meeting strategic goals, set KPI’s and expectations (or exceeding those);
-Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project;
-Planning, creating, ensuring the best ways of communication to ensure the engagement before and afterwards is there.

-Perfect communication skills both in Lithuanian and English and understanding Russian;
