The position demands someone with a high degree of motivation and innovation who will:
Manage all aspects of the food service program within the facility;
Select and develop recipes, develop and implement menus;
Oversee / purchase food, establish production levels and inventory controls;
Manage / control food cost issues and offer solutions;
Design, supervise, coordinate and participate in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel;
ensure proper food preparation with exceptional taste and outstanding presentation.
Minimum of 5 years, demonstrated experience in fine dining;
Experience supervising restaurant operations;
Thorough knowledge of purchasing systems, records and food equipment;
Ability to speak in both English and Lithuanian, or Russian;
Effective planner and problem solver with complete attention to detail;
Outgoing and dynamic, pro-active personality with strong inter-personal skills.
