About the role

At the moment we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced graphic designer who will produce high-quality, animated banner ads quickly and efficiently. You will work in a team of people driven by innovation and passion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality, animated banner ads quickly and efficiently;
• Create ads using Adobe After Effects, Banner flow, and alternative tools;
• Perform image editing, retouching, and optimization;
• Brand management — understanding and working within style guides, but always innovating and elevating our client’s identities;
• Execute and deliver other high-quality assets independently for development and ad distribution including file management, naming and arranging layers, component hierarchy, development handoff, understanding of responsive design, exporting assets, and thorough understanding of best practices for intended medium;
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams and users facilitating design discussions, working CVIs and brandbooks.
• Present and communicate design ideas through animated prototypes, coded examples, or detailed documentation for final execution by developers

Requirements:

We expect you to possess the following competencies:

• Rich Media banner design experience producing high quality, animated banner ads;
• Excellent understanding of visual design, brand consistency, attention to detail, industry standards, and innovative thinking;
• Passion for design, discovering new products, platforms, and solutions to drive innovation for our clients;
• Strong layout, typographic, visualizing, and retouching skills
• Expert understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, xD and InDesign;
• Experience using best in class ad creation tools like Adobe After Effects, Bannerflow, or others;
• Feeling great to work in team environments and maintaining files for shareability and other designers to collaborate;
• Perfect English language skills to collaborate with international stakeholders;

Bonus:

• Experience preparing or adjusting professional documents with MS word, Acrobat Reader, etc. 
• Experience working with illustrations is greatly appreciated
• General HTML5 format knowledge or even a capability preparing banner ads in this specific format
