- Develop, promote & apply innovative ways of selling industrial pallets and pallet timber on Spain and France markets
- Establish and maintain business relationships with manufacturing and logistics companies
- Participate in industry trade shows, sales meetings, and other activities as required to promote products
- Review market analyses to determine B2B customer needs
- Communicate market needs and trends to senior management
- Monitor and evaluate activities of the competition
- Negotiate contracts for sales and manage, renew and review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations
- Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction
- Identify and cultivate new customers and market opportunities
- Identify all sales opportunities with existing and new customers by developing an in-depth understanding of customer organizations, as well as their technical and commercial needs
- Identify key decision-makers within the customer organizations.
Requirements
- Successful international sales experience
- Excellent B2B negotiation skills
- Strong desire to continue career in sales and achieve outstanding sales results
- Ability to take full ownership and responsibility for communication with clients and work results
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing a sales territory
- Solid market research experience
- Highly analytic and creative in approach
- Fluent in English.
