We are looking for a Finance Change Lead for Telia Lietuva.
I am Arūnas Lingė and I am leading Finance Team. Currently I am looking for a professional individual team player to manage our Finance change portfolio ensuring that Finance processes and systems are integrated and adopted to continues organizational transformation.

- Lead Finance change management activities by creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance;
- Develop, deliver and manage communication, stakeholder, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans;
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
- By cooperating with various business units and finance partners explore, analyze and coordinate new opportunities and initiatives;
- Consult and coach managers and supervisors across each transformation initiative, using knowledge of change management approaches to ensure the change is embedded and benefits are realized;
- Consult and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans;
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
- Report change progress and results to a variety of stakeholders.

Your experience:
- 5+ years working experience managing changes, transformations or programs with medium to high complexity;
- Solid understanding of project management methodology;
- Experience to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure;
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels;
- Ability to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities;
- Fluent English;
- University degree.

Working in this position you will work with external contract (as a contractor or through our partners). Your monthly salary would be in the range of 4100 – 6100 EUR (gross).
