Finance Controller

This position is responsible for the full financial management of Littelfuse Lithuania manufacturing and Sweden distribution operations including financial reporting and controls. Responsibilities also include support of operations management as well as managing internal finance team and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage finance and controlling functions in Kaunas site.       
2. Manage account reconciliations, budget preparations and analysis, standard cost preparation and inventory reserve analysis. Manage and coordinate costing processes.       
3. Analytical review and operations support roles including cost reduction analysis, financial reviews with operations management, and report product line profitability.         
4. Managing and support annual financials and audits – US and statutory reporting.       
5. Compliance with and work on improvement of internal controls and processes also audits internal and external.
6. Developing and mentoring plant finance team.

1. University Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
2. 5+ years Finance management in international manufacturing company / group.
3. Local and US-GAAP dual reporting and ERP system knowledge, preferable SAP.
4. Experience in reporting, cost/manufacturing accounting, budget / actual development and analysis, management of general ledger accounts.
5. Experience in statutory accounts preparation including taxes. Experience in costing and manufacturing accounting.
6. High project/process management and team leading skills.
7. Strong communication and problem solving skills. Very good attention to detail and accurateness.
8. Good Business English language knowledge.
