Finance Director (m/f/diverse) Aeromar (Moscow)

The job incumbent ensures the efficient and effective financial planning such as accounting, controlling, reporting and tax calculations at Aeromar, a Joint Venture between Aeroflot and LSG. The role is based at our customer service center onsite in Moscow, Sheremetyevo.

The main accountabilities are:


  • Steer and control the preparation of the annual business plan, the budgeting process and the annual financial reporting process of the Company
  • Steer the process of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements/ reports in line with internal and external requirements and in line with locally and internationally accepted accounting principles and procedures
  • Steer and control the monthly forecast process
  • Optimize cash flows and ensure all tax activities are carried out and tax liabilities are optimised. Ensure an efficient and effective cash and treasury management
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of financial studies, projections, analysis and feasibility studies in order to enable the management to take sound investment decisions incl. M&A and capital expenditure
  • Supervise financial services of the Company and steer monthly closure procedures and consolidation of results
  • Give recommendations to the Management Board and the General Director with regards to pricing, financing, performance and financial obligations
  • Plan and control production costs, prepare cost calculations; monitor creditor and debtor indebtedness
  • Represent the Company in front of investors and banks for obtaining investments and bank loans
  • Analyze the financial condition of the Company based on deviation analysis on prices of raw materials and volume of production including currency exchange rates, further develop the existing KPI system


  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
  • Guide, motivate and develop the directly and indirectly subordinate employees
Your profile
  • Graduate level in economics with focus in Finance (accounting, controlling or tax)
  • At least 7 years of business experience including a senior finance role in an international company
  • Knowledge of IAS and local accounting principles & regulations, ERP & SAP
  • Know how in controlling and in management information systems
  • Leadership experience
  • Analytical skills, presentation and communication skills, customer focus
  • Fluency in both English and Russian language is a must
  • German language is a plus
