Finance Director, Moscow

• report directly to Managing Director and Division Finance Manager
• be responsible for all financial controls, forecasting and budgeting activities and accounting of the company.
• work with the Divisional Finance Manager to apply consistent accounting and controlling practices at company level.
• set up the financial guidelines for the company, manage the implementation thereof in line with the global view of the Division.
• be part of business leadership by means of data analyses, advises in preparation of decisions. Lead projects such as Business Plan, in order to increase the operational excellence of the administrative processes.
• be strategy and business partner, take responsibility for: strategic finance, controlling and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, people management and HR.

• master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;
• significant experience required including managerial and budgetary experience, at least 5 years of operational experience in finance;
• thorough knowledge of Finance, reporting, budgeting and controlling and taxation;
• excellent knowledge of SAP;
• knowledge of business process management;
• can give presentations and coach co-workers;
• is able to solve problems, seeks solutions, has a creative and proactive mind-set;
• excellent language skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
