FINANCIAL ANALYST - ACCOUNTANT

We are INREM Finance - a growing FinTech company that is developing an innovative financial product. Our target customers are small businesses around us, such as shops, restaurants, cafes, hairdressers, bakeries, and other retailers that we use in our daily lives. We will expand financial abilities of SME to get funding and enable local businesses to secure financing for any business needs.

We are on a lookout for a financial analyst – accountant to join our team

Your responsibilities will include:

• Record financial transactions of the company with customers
• Preparation of the management accounts and financial statements of the company
• Communicate with banks and other institutions
• Take part in development of a business plan, financial models and budget planning
• Control the implementation of the business plan and budget
• Take part in preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS in cooperation with auditors
• Take part in the automatization of the financial accounting process
• Choose and set up most suitable accounting software
• Take part in preparation of IT-system functional requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Knowledge and experience in local accounting regulations and IFRS
• Strong analytical thinker
• Great attention to detail
• Multilingual:
  • Fluent in Lithuanian (verbal and written)
  • Good business English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good Russian communication skills (must be able to hold a conversation)
