Wide range of responsibility:

The opportunity to shape and build the future reporting and control landscape for IT, drive the harmonization of processes and underlying data structures in close collaboration with the Shared Service Centre in Kaunas. The position is based in Kaunas but will report to the Head of Group Reporting & Controlling at the headquarter in Brøndby, Denmark. The incumbent will have close interaction with the Executive Management team, Group Functions, other Controllers as well as Financial Planning & Analysis. 

• Key player in driving, designing, reviewing, and implementing processes, guidelines and tools for business reviews and performance management (Controlling set-up/processes)
• Ensure stellar monthly reviews for Group IT; cost and cash focus, etc.  
• Key driver of business controlling for Group IT
• Together with counterparts in IT define, develop and establish financial processes where there are white spots
• Provide flawless data for monthly reporting packs for the Senior Management Group
• Go beyond high-level results and analysis of budgets and forecasts, etc. 
• Build and maintain close relationship with internal stakeholders – at all levels of the organization – throughout the business 

• Relevant Master’s degree in finance and/or business administration
• +2 years of experience from a similar role with IT controlling in an internationally well-reputed company
• Experience with Financial and Controlling (FI/CO) Modules in SAP R/3 is a must
• Experience with working independently, across an organization, driving processes and securing transparency 
• Able to communicate complex financial processes and figures in a clear, concise, and understandable manner 
• A proven track-record in driving projects and processes across an organization
• Strong IT-skills; knowledge of Microsoft office is needed and knowledge of OneStream and Qlick is an advantage
• Fluency in English
