Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial information research and analysis, taking into account SpectroCoin’s goals and financial standing; as well as writing reports and monitoring financial movements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual financial information binder to be provided to external auditors
- Forecast models for revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare, review, compile and analyse financial reports turning data into actionable business insights
- Gather and organize financial data from all accounting departments

- 2+ years experience as a financial analyst, accountant or other relevant role
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, including written and oral communication skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel & Access
- Experience in FinTech is considered an advantage
