Job Description

DUTIES:

The incumbent serves as a sole FMO Clerk in the Financial Management Office (FMO), acting as Designated Billing Office (DBO) representative, receiving all invoices, reviewing them for correctness, dealing with the vendor, recording and tracking the invoice at each moment, preparing, scanning package for payment and uploading documentation into software programs (ILMS/ARIBA), etc. Also deals with the Post Support Unit (PSU) on all inquiries, uploads copy of paid voucher into the ILMS, and makes copies of all paid vouchers for VAT reimbursement purpose. Provides back-up to the Class B Cashier and reports to the Financial Specialist in the FMO.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum one year of administrative or fiscal work experience is required.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Two years of College or technical school studies is required.

 

LANGUAGE:

  • Good working knowledge of English and Lithuanian are required. This may be tested.
