Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Compliance Specialist to join our Shared Services Finance Centre in Kaunas. You will work in close coordination with the Group Financial Compliance Function in Broendby, Denmark in developing the control environment in the shared services organisation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on internal control effectiveness in the shared service organisation in close cooperation with the Group Financial Compliance Function
- Facilitate and/or perform training activities as required in relation to internal control performance in shares services organization
- Monitor that Group Policies and Guidelines such as Authorization Matrix and Financial Handbook etc. are adhered to in the shared services organization
- Participate in the Group Financial Compliance Function initiated internal control standardisation project
- Support creation of necessary shared service organization policies on accounting, internal controls etc.
- Prepare material for Group Auditors on shared services organization control environment
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives related to processes and internal controls in the shared services organisation in close cooperation with the Continues Improvement Manager
- Handle questions and ad hoc task from Group Financial Compliance Manager
Requirements
Technical skills and expertise
- Strong technical accounting/audit/financial compliance background with depth knowledge of overall accounting and auditing processes – 5 years of experience or more
- Hight knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
- Shared Service Centre experience is considered as an advantage.
- International experience preferred.

- Team player and have ability to work independently.
- Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues.
- Fluent in English.
- International mindset and must be able to travel
