Job Description
- This role is responsible for the management and success financial/accounting/controlling side of business here in Lithuania.
- This will be a key person in Lithuanian branch advising higher management in all finance-related issues.
This role needs a candidate who is able to develop processes and reporting. You will be in contact with various stakeholders, departments as well as
different areas of financial support.
- Managing the preparation and filing of the Financial Statements and other relevant statutory documents in compliance with the deadlines required by
the relevant statutory bodies.
- Overseeing monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting.
- Perform budgeting, planning and forecasting process.
- Ensure that all accounting ledgers are accurately maintained; the audit of the entity is coordinated and all internal and external reporting requirements
are met.
- Maintain an environment of strong internal controls by operating within applicable laws, corporate, and group policies.
- Exhibit sound business judgment including contributing new and innovative ideas.
- Ad hoc Financial Analysis and Support to Management and other departments.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics / Finance.
- 3-5 years of similar experience in Finance/ Controlling preferably in an international environment.
- Deep knowledge of accounting.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Forward thinking.
- Analytic & solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent business acumen.
- Strong Excel skills.
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Fluent English is a must.
