Job Description
At the moment company is looking for a financial director whose main goal would be to improve company's profitability and value.
Main responsibilities:
- Participation in strategic planning
- Functional unit management
- Ensuring accounting function (including chart of accounts design)
- Financial reporting and management accounts
- Participation in business process review, evaluation, and changes
- Financial analysis (developing and maintaining of performance indicators, tracking, reporting, and developing of action plans)
- Budgeting and forecasting (develop budget and other financial targets, facilitate budget process, prepare budgets and forecasts, prepare working capital/ cash flow projections, capital expenditure evaluation)
- Internal control (implementation of internal control policies and procedures, review, maintain, implementation of internal control system, review, maintain, preparation of related action plans, manage auditor relationships)
- Funding activities (developing and maintaining banking relationships, arranging debt financing)
- Communication with investors / shareholders
Requirements
- Experience of managing similar tasks (previous position of financial director or CFO )
- Financial education
- Strategic thinking
- Experience with different accounting programs
