Job Description

This position involves both end user support and a variety of small projects leveraging Western Union''s global Siebel MRM marketing system
and OBI reporting tool as well as Oracle version 12 iProcurement module. The position will be responsible for first contact support and
responsible for troubleshooting issues, user acceptance testing, general system maintenance, training for new financial systems users, system
administration, and Sarbanes Oxley testing, in addition to assisting with special proje cts as they arise. The individual will be responsible for
business partnering with the IT Group, as well as key customers (Marketing). A thorough working knowledge of Siebel is a necessity. The
candidate should be very comfortable with technology and learning new applications.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Providing first contact support for Applications (Siebel MRM, OBI, Oracle R12, Noetix and other applications);
  
• Performing maintenance pertaining to the applications for all locations;
  
• Preparing management reports as needed;
  
• Assisting with special projects as they arise and being an active participant in initiating and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Proficient in English;
  
• 2+ years of related experience in Technical Support;
  
• 1-3 years related experience in Marketing/Accounting/Finance;
  
• Willingness to work independently as well as in a team environment;
  
• Ability to manage and prioritize workloads;
  
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills;
  
• 1-3 years application support or trouble-shooting experience;
  
• 1-3 years of information technology experience; 4 year degree;
  
• Technical certifications
