Flex (Flash) Developer

Overview:
You will be responsible for web facing multi-level solution development and support. Back end communication is based on XML and the FIX protocol written in C#. Middleware services are web based services written C# and dependent on MS SQL Server for public data. Some private data comes from downstream XML based web services. Front end UI is created using the Flex (Flash) Builder from Adobe/Apache.

Qualifications required:
• Experience with Apache Flex (formerly Adobe Flex, SDK for cross-platform rich Internet applications based on the Adobe Flash platform). Flex is based on ECMAScript and is similar to C#.NET and Java technologies.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with MS SQL, stored procedures and complex queries.
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
• Experience from working with financial systems, especially with FIX protocol would be beneficial.
• Experience with Java programming language would be beneficial as well.
