Fraud and security officer

o   plan, manage and coordinate economic security issues in the company

o   develop and make proposals for desirable adjustments in inspection cases and insurance, indemnification methodologies, in the development of information systems

o   seek new solutions for Fraud and Security issues, independently develop new projects

o   address complex and highly complex cost matters and various conflicts with clients of Balcia and its affiliates;

o   determine the circumstances of serious and extremely serious insured events

o   conduct regular business trips to verify the circumstances of certain cases and determine actual circumstances of the accident, in order to detect possible cases of insurance fraud

o   perform other duties in the interest of Balcia and its affiliates

o   higher education in finance, legal or business administration

o   3 year work experience in financial or insurance industry, with the scope on fraud detection and prevention. Experience in law enforcement institution would be considered beneficial

o   good English language skills, Russian language  would be considered beneficial
