Freight Forwarder (sea transport)

Make follow up for all operation service, documentations, support sales activities, and pricing from agents. Identify, understand and meet customer needs by demonstrating high level of commitment and applying maximum efforts to achieve results to the highest quality standards thus maintaining and exceeding customer .

Conduct outbound calls to existing and new customers,

Extensively communicate with personnel inside & outside.

Search for new suppliers and development of cooperation with them,

To conduct negotiations in foreign languages,

Create transport orders in Oracle Transport Management.

Russian, English and Lithuanian languages are necessary

Graduate (University, College or similar level),

1-2 years of sea transportation experience,

Effective team player, detailed oriented individual with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a high pressure fast paced
