Working as part of a busy front of house team, you will enjoy taking responsibility for
the smooth running of the reception of a global organisation. In addition to fielding calls
and taking detailed and accurate messages, booking meeting rooms, taxis and
couriers you must be confident liaising with senior members of the company,
providing assistance to overseas visitors and have a passion for delivering a first
class front of house service.
- 1 year reception experience within a corporate environment;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a consistently professional approach to your
- Reliable, flexible and proactive;
- Fluency in English is a must.
