FRONT END (ASP.NET) DEVELOPER FOR EBANKING

As a developer in the front end development team, you will deliver web and mobile solutions to our customers. The ambitions are very high, and our customers are used to getting the best experience in our markets. You will work in Agile Teams and own the responsibility to deliver what is agreed on time. We are starting with one development team in eBanking, however we intend to further expand eBanking development capacity in Lithuania and you will be part of a larger and very experienced development team.

• 3+ years of ASP.NET experience • Knowledge of HTML5 • Openness to new technologies • Good English Preferred skills: • Knowledge of web services, mobile app and hybrid app technologies • Knowledge and experience with different programming languages • Experience of working in an Agile environment • Very high abstraction level and thrive in an environment that requires you to transform complex problems into simple technical solutions. A perfect candidate: • Has similar professional work experience • Preferably has worked with Usability and/or Design of “look and feel” in web/mobile solutions • The candidate has a proactive attitude and knows his responsibility to speak-up and continual improve the way we work • Good at learning - the domain area is complex and there is a steep learning curve for new people • It is essential that the candidate have good communication skills - both having basic knowledge of how team dynamics work and have the ability to deliver together with the team. • Good understanding of IT, especially web and mobile IT solutions, and how they can be used to differentiate us as a bank.
