Job Description

The front agent position is a key part of the overall success of the Hotel PACAI.

This is the first and last person a guest comes in contact with.

  • Welcome customers and guests, process visitor check-in and check-out information.
  • Monitor property occupancy and manage routine operations;  Assign rooms and suites to guests, accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying them of late check-outs, early check-ins and special requests.
  • Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts. Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication in a discreet fashion.
  • Resolve customer issues & complaints, describe details of services and amenities to guests. Guest recommendations about local highlights.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Opera.
