Job Description

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the smooth running of the shift and good communication between the Front Desk and other departments of PACAI Hotel. The Front Desk Supervisor will answer questions and provide information about the hotel's services, facilities and surroundings, helping to create a great impression and provide guests with a true sense of hospitality. Together with a dynamic team, you'll carry out tasks to help make guest‘s visit more special.

Requirements

  • To provide highest quality guest service and a guest-oriented image of the Hotel;
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs;
  • Co-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report any guest concerns;
  • Leading and training the Front Office associates and enrolling new starters giving them best start to their job;
  • Allocate rooms and check reservations to make sure they are as per our standards;
  • Liaise with reservations team to solve any reservations discrepancies so that front desk has smooth operation.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude, excellent communication and strong customer service skills;
  • Experience of motivating and leading a  team;
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment and to remain calm under pressure;
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems (MS Office, Opera);
  • Work experience as Front Office superviser or Agent in a hotel;
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
