Full-Stack Lead Developer

The Objective

- To create from scratch a unique B2B SaaS product which will consist of different systems – including back-end with multiple front-ends and integrations to 3rd party systems.
- To make sure the functionality developed is produced to the highest possible quality in the shortest possible time.
- To understand and be able to communicate to the team the importance of Agile best practices, the principles of great software design and development.
- To lead a team of developers and show by example better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills.
- To ensure the team is adhering to the software quality standards agreed with stakeholders and meets the highest security and performance requirements by clients around the globe.

Your tech experience:

- Fluency in at least one MVC framework within LAMP/LNMP or MEAN stack.
- Experience in data model design (relational and NoSQL) and front-end development.
- Ability to setup and operate tech infrastructure on AWS, Google Could or Digital Ocean.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking, DNS and other building blocks of Internet infrastructure.
- Experience building, testing and maintaining RESTful APIs and front-end frameworks.
- Experience in Agile, code versioning, continuous integration tools and frameworks.

- Ability to lead a group of software developers, provide tech and personal mentorship.
