German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will reply to incoming phone calls and emails from our clients, both end users and company clients in France. The matters range from questions regarding wellness contributions, insurances to how to calculate taxes for company cars.

As our Vilnius office is newly started you will be a part of a few smaller teams which have different work tasks. Because of this, there will most likely be a lot of cooperation between the different functions at the office. This includes flexible work where you need to be ready to take initiatives and step in where needed and work together with the other teams. You will also have regular contact with your colleagues in Stockholm and Germany via e-mail and telephone. You will receive training in Germany and in Stockholm.

What You Will Do:

  • Answer incoming e-mails and calls from our company clients and their co-workers.
  • Guide the co-workers in Benify’s benefit portal.
  • Various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School graduate.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Customer Service experience, preferably where computer and telephone have been your main tools.
  • An interest in tech/IT is meritorious.
