Job Description

Get ready to

  • Own our Google Ads account – from the idea to implementation of campaigns that deliver high results and grow the channel month-over-month
  • Manage advertising campaigns on daily basis, conduct tests and data analysis to ensure that this channel makes the maximum impact
  • Monitor results to make sure that we are following our set KPIs
  • Collaborate with our Creative team to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions
  • Conduct market and competitive research on a regular basis to identify new opportunities for advertising campaigns
  • Be a part of the team where knowledge sharing and learning is an important part of overall performance.
  • Work with the whole World with no limited budgets while having positive ROAS

Requirements

We expect you to

  • Have 2+ yrs experience in Google Ads Advertising
  • Have knowledge of Google Ads Editor and Google Tag manager
  • Have knowledge of Google Analytics 
  • Have a strong analytical and data interpretation capability with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Have a strong logical and creative skills with an ability to come up with ideas for performing creatives
  • Have a proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach, foreseeing possible difficulties and opportunities within the accounts
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong ownership of Google Ads accounts and decision-making
  • Have an ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Have an ability to plan your own tasks and prioritize them
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop daily
  • Have no fear of failing while testing new approaches
  • Have a strong English in written and verbal communication
  • Never kill the vibe
