Graphics artist

Your work will partly be taken up the basic tasks of creating sales materials for the sales team for print and digital use, based on already well-defined materials, as well as working with advanced PowerPoint.

The other part will be taking directions from the marketing manager in the creation of content, both for web, social media and sometimes for print, using tools that you choose yourself and the Adobe package.

The tasks will be extremely varied and could include animations, photos, graphics or video. In many cases you will be expected to “go out and try” and then adapting the results on feedback from the marketing manager.

The main part of your job will be to be curious and to get the best results even if the road how to get there is not obvious.

You must be able to work in InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Wether your knowledge is from experience or from courses is not important. We will train you in particular skills needed for the basic tasks.

You must have an eye for design, details and colors

Basic English language skills, as this is the internal language in the organisation, and you will be required to communicate to people over phone an e-mail in many different countries. The interview will be conducted in English as well.

You must be driven by results, and happy to take on all kind of projects, both those you have tried before, and those that are new to you. You will be encouraged to try out new things, and learn in the process

You must be creative, and have an itch to produce and communicate about great things, and consider which tools you use to get to the result as secondary

You must be open to learn, and acquiring knowledge about new tools, often researching on your own
