Graphic/Visual Designer

Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing solutions with high visual impact as well as making sure that the designed materials reinforce Bankera brand, image and messages.

Responsibilities:
- Design promotional material for different marketing campaigns
- Contribute with new ideas, design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Follow the brand guideline ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms
- Translate written or spoken ideas into compelling images, layouts and other designs
- Work closely with brand management and other departments, but also independently for periods of time
- Meet deadlines, having the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities

- 2+ years of in-house, corporate, or ad-tech design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong graphic design portfolio displaying creative and conceptual thinking in various platforms
- Higher Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Vector graphics
- Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Creativity, strong aesthetic skills and attention to visual details
- Critical analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
