Job Description

• Managing and developing local team capacity to ensure effective financial management function


• Management and control of financial flows of the group


• Financial reporting to Management team and Shareholders


• Development of financial strategy and financial plans


• Formation of financial management accounting and implementation of accounting policies regarding the local state regulations and IFRS


• Operative financial and economic analysis on the market


• Control financial performance and audit of financial processes


• Carrying out planning, formation, forecasting and budget execution


• Development and management of a set of measures to reduce financial costs


• Tax planning and optimisation


• Identification and elimination of deficiencies in the economic structure of a company


• Ensuring progressive development of financial analysis, planing and accounting tools


• Implementing group credit policy

Requirements

• Education: higher (finance, economics)


• Experience 5+ years as CFO, preferably with experience in retail or wholesale sector


• Experience in managing financial department team with both accounting and analytical responsibilities


• Knowledge of IFRS and financial management accounting systems and implementation of accounting policies in the company


• IT literacy in field of accounting, analytics and financial reporting tools


• Knowledge of methods for analyzing and assessing the financial performance of organizations


• Knowledge of financial performance planning and budgeting


• Knowledge of English at not lower than B2
