Job Description

The purpose of this newly created position is directed at improving the internal control environment within the following categories:

• Reliability of financial reporting;
  
• Compliance with laws and regulations;
  
• Compliance with group business policies;
  
• Safeguarding of Assets;
  

The group internal auditor will report to the group CFO.

This job involves a combination of analyses and reviews performed at the Financial Shared Service Centre and regular visits to group companies outside
Lithuania.

Main responsibilities include

• Establish risk-based financial controlling programs for business units;
  
• Determine scope of review in conjunction with group CFO and statutory auditors;
  
• Review the suitability of internal control design;
  
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk;
  
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures;
  
• Communicate findings and recommendations through written reports to relevant management position.

Requirements

The candidate should preferable has a bachelor’s degree in audit and/ or accounting. Furthermore he/ she should have minimum 4+ years of experience
with one of the major international audit firms or working as an Internal Auditor in another international company. Fluent in English - both in writing and in
speech.
