Job Description
Fiesta consulting is an animation company with 30 years of experience in the animation field and is run by a professional management team with extensive experience in the leisure animation sector. We are located in the main tourist areas of Spain: the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Andalusia.
We are recruiting Chief Entertainers to lead teams of 4-10 entertainers.

Requirements
- Managing the team: welcome the team and guide them in their job.
- Organize, plan and manage the full entertainment program (day and night)
- Participation in the program: daytime and evening activities.
- Public relations with all the guests of the hotel
- To be in direct contact with the hotel management and participate in the meetings with other head departments of the hotel.
- Comply with the hotels and Fiesta Consulting’s quality procedures.
Requirements
Languages: German and English
Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in this position or 3 as an entertainer.
Formation: No specific formation is required. Your previous experience is your best guarantee!! Although you might be required to assist to our refreshing courses organized before the beginning of the season.
Availability: from March/April till end October

Company offers
Accommodation: you will live in a single room.
Meals provided at the hotel on working days
Days off: 1.5 days per week
Work Contract:
- Spanish contract recognized by European legislation, which includes contributions to Social Security
- Private work accident insurance and public medical assistance
- 30 days annual leave
Salary: 1.250-1.500 € gross / month, according to experience.
