Duties

• Organizes, supervises and controls all culinary processes in order to provide high standard of production and distribution services
  
• Ensures the product and quality of dishes and their conformity with the worksheets and customer satisfaction
  
• Supervises the use of kitchen appliances and equipment
  
• Analysis and optimization of the cost of raw materials
  
• Manages all costs related to running the kitchen and maintains the budgetary targets
  
• Supervises and controls monthly inventories
  
• Guarantees health, hygiene and safety standards for the whole kitchen
  
• Integrates, trains, manages and coordinates the kitchen team while maintaining a good working atmosphere
  
• Supervision of all kitchen staff
