Three-fold responsibility: Chapter Lead (HR responsible) of the team of analytics, Professional lighthouse to lead MobileLife on the next part of an analytical journey and member of MobileLife management team.

Chapter lead responsibilities:

• Ensure the right competency level amongst analytics across MobileLife, and across countries
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team,
• Support the team members professional and personal development together with the respective venture lead (matrix organisation).

Professional lighthouse:

• Support each project with setting an analytical agenda and vision,
• Participate in one or more projects, either as team member or taking up venture lead responsibilities

Management team member:

• Contributing to the development of MobileLife as an organization,
• Challenging and involving yourself in topics regarding ML even if outside your chapter.
• Represent ML in external situations as well. 

Candidates with a proven performance track record of

• Management responsibility – preferably in a matrix organisation
• Professional experience with advanced analytics – hands-on experience with the whole process from initial design, over development to actual implementation
• Strong independent drive to achieve success in your work
• Strong personal impact with excellent communication skills
• A relevant higher education (Computer science, economics, engineering)
• Preferably experience from start-up environment
