Job Description

  • Make sure our events have 100% success rate and positive churn;
  • Manage teams of the technical and non-technical support, customer onboarding;
  • Scale operations, perform analytics, improve processes.

Requirements

  • Previous client-focused team scaling experience (10x at least);
  • Previous track record improving/creating processes;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Positive attitude, ability to work under stress (live events market);
  • Be Tech savvy.
