Head of Debt Collections - SME Lending

- Oversee all debt collections activities for our international business lending operations
- Design and optimize end-to-end collections processes from initial contact through legal collections
- Manage the relationships and performance of external debt collections agencies and law firms.
- Closely monitor KPIs and make data driven decisions to optimize collections activities
- Manage the internal collections team to drive performance on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis, while providing problem-solving support and leading by example
- Provide feedback and ideas to our Underwriting team on potential trends in our delinquent loan portfolio

- 3+ years of debt collections management experience
- University degree or additional collections experience as a substitute
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, prioritize and deliver projects on time
- Strong focus on analytics, process optimization and design
- Fintech and B2B experience a plus
- Salesforce and CRM experience a plus
- Project management experience a plus
