Head of Digital Media Strategy

Intro:

The Head of Digital Media Strategy serves as digital marketing expert for the whole Havas Group Lithuania. The Head of Digital Media Strategy develops innovative ideas and produces digital strategies to accomplish the clients’ objectives as well as provides insight and direction to the group’s digital team to elevate digital solutions. We are looking for an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of clients’ businesses and drive growth opportunities.

The Role:

- Develops unique digital strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet and exceed objectives.
- Pitches digital strategies and ideas, and leads client presentations.
- Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides ideas including programmatic, performance, content marketing, mobile, social, etc.
- Works in partnership with the digital and account teams. Develops strong, trusting relationships with the internal team, providing leadership and support during execution.
- Brings group’s teams into project-based ones and leads with a strong focus on KPIs and engagement.
- Works with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process.
- Is one step ahead in digital media trends and supports clients as well as internal team with new digital marketing capabilities.

- 3+ years of successful work in a leading digital account management position in a media agency or a similar level in-house digital role.
- 5+ years of deep experience in digital marketing: programmatic advertising, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, local online media, email marketing, website analytics, search marketing, social media.
- Successful track record in bringing project - based teams together.
- Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to strategize and execute.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to take a leadership role in strategy development while being a hands-on manager.
- Teamwork skills and results-oriented data-driven approach.
- Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
