Job Description

  • Management and control of financial flows of the company
  • Development and management of a set of measures to reduce financial costs
  • Formation of financial management accounting and implementation of accounting policies regarding the local state regulations and IFRS
  • Development of financial strategy and financial plans
  • Operative financial and economic analysis on the local market
  • Control financial performance and audit of financial processes
  • Carrying out planning, formation, forecasting and budget execution
  • Tax planning and optimization
  • Identification and elimination of deficiencies in the economic structure of a company
  • Planning and developing IT tools and team capacity to ensure effective and financial management function
  • Development of a company’s credit policy
  • Reporting to the Group CFO with timely and accurate financial information

Requirements

  • Experience 4+ years as CFO, preferably with experience in manufacturing company
  • Experience in managing the financial department in multilayered organisation
  • Education: higher (finance, economics)
  • Knowledge of IFRS and financial management accounting systems and implementation of accounting policies in the company
  • IT literacy in field of accounting, analytics and financial reporting tools
  • Knowledge of methods for analyzing and assessing the financial performance of organizations
  • Knowledge of financial performance planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of English at not lower than B2
