Job Description

 
  • Formulation and implementation of human resource management policy in Lewben Group companies
  • Responsibility for all employee life cycle experience management starting with talent recruitment processes and projects. Ensuring the onboarding process of new employees in the company
  • Leading the performance management cycle, employee competencies evaluation and professional development processes; as well as talent management and career planning projects
  • Development and implementation of reward system and additional benefits programs
  • Initiating and conducting employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. Leading improvements if needed
  • Guidance to business management and employees in human resource management issues. Ensuring the well-being of employees and maintaining a positive internal psychological climate
  • Implementation of employer brand projects; as well as of internal and external communication
     

Requirements

  • Degree in business management, human resources, psychology or relevant field
  • At least 4 years of proven successful experience in human resource management managerial position
  • Proactive approach, strategic thinking, organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, active listening, problem solving skills
  • Willingness to deepen professional and personal competencies, ambitious professional goals
