Job Description

  • Ensure best practice is defined and delivered in all aspects of HR in Venipak Group
  • Be the first point of contact for the GM and regional Managers team, as well as line Managers to discuss any HR related issues and provide expert advice
  • Coach and inspire line Managers to consistently improve their capability and effectiveness
  • Promote Venipak Group as a diverse and inclusive workplace starting at recruitment phase throughout the full employment cycle
  • Deliver programs which drive improved performance, engagement, and retention
  • Lead Venipak Academy project to support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development interventions
  • Ensure resourcing a variety of roles and promoting an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support the Recruitment manager with providing guidance on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll and benefits
  • Manage annual performance review process and facilitating training needs
  • Develop and execute specific projects around HR change programs, including compensation and benefits projects
  • Manage and develop HR team to ensure they are continually progressing and providing the best possible service

Requirements

  • An excellent track record of HR best practice and developments in all areas and willing to be hands on with operational matters as well as inputting at a strategic level
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Strong influencing skills, able to manage and steer highly intelligent and demanding individuals to achieve results
  • Able to project a professional, credible image with confident internal and external communication skills
  • Solid HR experience and willing to keep up to date technically, to provide advice to others
  • Experience in managing recruitment exercises and processes
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure achievement against objectives
  • Experience of implementing and delivering training programs
  • Demonstrate a commercial, pragmatic approach to solving problems and negotiating terms or agreements
  • Willing to be a proactive, collaborative member and contributor to the local HR teams
  • Ability to prepare data in a compelling manner
  • Professional English and Russian language skills
