We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with the potential to grow into the Head of IT / Business Systems role following a successful onboarding and probation period.This position will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth by managing business systems, software integrations, process automation, reporting infrastructure and AI initiatives across all business units.The role reports directly to company leadership and works closely with the CEO, CFO and operational teams in Europe, North America and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects across multiple business units
- Own the company's business systems ecosystem and technology roadmap
- Maintain and improve system reliability, security and performance
- Manage integrations between critical business platforms, including QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, Extensiv WMS, Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central, EDI platforms, API-based integrations and Power BI
- Design and maintain data flows between operational, financial and ecommerce systems
- Partner closely with the CFO on financial systems, reporting and QuickBooks integrations
- Develop business intelligence dashboards and KPI reporting tools
- Identify opportunities for process automation and AI implementation
- Manage software vendors, consultants and third-party technology providers
- Oversee and mentor the company's IT support specialist(s)
- Document systems, processes and technical workflows
- Provide strategic technology recommendations that improve scalability, efficiency and visibility across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, business systems management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software integrations, APIs and business process automation
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, accounting or ecommerce platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfillment operations or ecommerce businesses
- Experience with QuickBooks integrations (or similar accounting/ERP software)
- Experience with Extensiv, Shopify or Amazon ecosystems
- Power BI, SQL or data analytics experience
- Experience implementing AI-driven business solutions
- Previous people management experience
