As the next Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for your own small marketing team of 3-4 marketing specialists (assistants, project managers, copywriters) and all of the outsourced marketing partners, including digital marketing, PR and other agencies.
We're looking for a Leader of Marketing, whose responsibilities will include:
- Conceptualize and drive company's marketing strategy to support client growth, optimizing online and offline channels at every turn
- Develop and refine a cohesive brand identity and value proposition that drives acquisition, engagement, ROI through all customer touchpoints.
- Manage all aspects of company's marketing pipeline, including strategy, creative brainstorms and etc.
- Lead company's PR efforts including external agency management to develop a company's earned media strategy
- Use all the modern digital channels including performance marketing strategies to build a solid database of leads for sales department
- Spearhead development for creative content and messaging for all advertising campaigns
- Analyze Market Segmentation & Competitiveness
- Manage Product marketing Life-Cycle and develop Value Proposition
- Develop Pricing Model together with the Sales department
- Develop content and materials to support the sales team of the company
- Build high-impact internal and customer-facing assets and materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of company's product offerings
- Analyze customer and audience insights and translate them into marketing, community development, and/or growth strategies and establish a deep knowledge and understanding of the target customer segments and offer them a seamless customer journey
- Manage, motivate, teach and develop your own team of Marketing specialists and project managers
- Implement tracking and monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to develop insights and make recommendations
- Work closely with Sales team. Make marketing adjustments based on Sales team reports
- Rich experience in traditional marketing, digital marketing and communication (experience in real estate related roles or at least a motivation related to real estate sector would be considered as a plus)
- Marketing budgeting experience with a strong focus on ROI
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital and social media landscape, all the metrics and tools of digital brand marketing and performance marketing
- Established ability to passionately articulate marketing vision and strategy based on a complete understanding of customer and market needs and be a hands-on executor
- Previous experience with all kinds of media agencies (PR, digital, creative). Experience in choosing best agencies for a long-term partnership, formulating clear tasks, KPIs and evaluating performance of the agencies
- Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications
- Ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking
- Natural leadership with a well developed lead by example approach
- A creative eye and genuine curiosity for innovative opportunities
- A well-trained ability to analyze, synthesize and present market trends
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Salary from 3500 to 5500 EUR gross (excluding bonuses). It depends on marketing experience and leadership level of the candidate.
