Head of procurement

HEAD OF PROCUREMENT – a goal-oriented person, who is driven by challenges and passionate by victories.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of procurement processes;
- Relationship management with existing suppliers, herewith active search of new ones;
- Timely handling of all processes within supply chain from ordering till delivery and payment;
- Constant negotiations, contracting, qualifying and analyzing suppliers for assigned goods by price, terms and conditions, volume discounts, credit notes, delivery and quality;
- Generating ideas and proposals how to improve the procurement processes.
- Regular reporting to top Management on achieved results and processes KPI‘s

To be our perfect fit we expect you to:
- Have a relevant at least 5 year experience in international procurement, negotiations and processes management;
- Be fluent in verbal and written English (other languages would be considered as an advantage);
- Have analytical thinking, accuracy and reporting skill;
- Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skill;
- Be proactive and able to take initiatives, set priorities, take ownership of assigned projects, deliver results;
- Have positive attitude;
- Be a team player, focusing on developing people and making them perform at their best.
