Job Description

BBG SPACERS UAB together with its parent company BB GROUP Ltd. (Latvia) is the leading wholesaler of concrete accessories in the Baltic states and offers a wide range of plastic, steel and concrete spacers, as well as various types of wire, moulding oil and other products for concrete construction. Currently, the company is strengthening its team and looking for a positive and experienced colleague. Duties: To be involved in active sales, finding of new customers as well as managing key sales accounts in Lithuania; Sales team management in order to achieve the highest results; Improve or develop sales structure and/or process; Prepare commercial offers, including contracts; Control timely and quality performance of contractual obligations, participate in budgeting; Market, competitor and customer analysis, search for new sales opportunities.

Requirements

Desired skills and expertise: Positive B2B sales experience in construction industry (advantage – experience in sales of building materials); Good knowledge of the current construction market situation, understanding of the industry; Strong leader-specific competencies and attitude; Excellent customer communication and negotiation skills; Strong verbal and written Lithuanian and English (advantage – Russian language skills); Analytical mind set with a high level of precision and responsibility; Higher Education, preferably in technical or management areas; Good knowledge of standard office software; Driver's license.
