Head of SEO

Get ready to

• Drive high-volume organic search growth and ensure a positive commercial impact
• Develop a world-class SEO strategy and ensure that our products are at the leading edge of organic search
• Oversee SEO best practices and adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content marketing, engineering, creative, and product marketing teams
• Work to provide leadership, strategic insights, and feedback to other SEO team members
• Manage projects, budgets, and reports of multiple projects
• Build and manage an SEO team - leading, coaching, and mentoring the team, ensuring clear objectives and development plans

We expect you to

• Have up-to-date SEO knowledge and be comfortable working with advanced SEO strategies
• Be able to set targets to maximize results for short and long-term strategies
• Have a proven leadership experience, build, lead and inspire high-performing, engaged teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Have extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies, and a passion for staying abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketing
• Work cross-functionally with content, design, communications, and product teams to drive SEO programs forward in a highly-effective manner
• Have no fear of failing
• Be curious and creative
