Job Description

- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
- Lead both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles)
- Take regular abroad trips and interviews with candidates in EU
- Develop and implement recruitment strategy - job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process

Requirements

- Proven experience as headhunter/recruitment manager
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Proficient English user
