Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health policies and procedures;
  • Conduct workplace inspections, assess risks and provide solutions;
  • Manage and update OSH, fire and civil protection documentation;
  • Organize employee safety training (including first aid and fire safety);
  • Manage the supply and compliance with requirements of personal protective equipment;
  • Investigate accidents and incidents;
  • Ensure compliance with the ISO 45001 standard;
  • Maintain safety equipment and ensure its readiness for use;
  • Prepare OSH reports;
  • Perform occupational risk assessments and propose preventive solutions;
  • Contribute to improving the safety culture in the company;
  • Consult managers and employees on OSH issues;

Requirements

  • At least higher (collegiate) education;
  • Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
  • Gained work experience in the field of occupational safety and health (in a manufacturing company - an advantage).
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles in production (an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania on occupational safety and health;
  • Computer literacy - excellent skills in working with the MS Office program package;
  • Good English language skills in writing and speaking;
  • Driver's license (category B);
