HELP DESK COORDINATOR (for accounting and safety)

Job description
Help desk coordinator for logistics operations taking place in USA:

• Constant communication with accounting, drivers, clients and brokers;
• Teamwork with company managers;
• Quick orientation, ability to operate in a changing environment;
• Solving various transportation-related issues, mostly related to accounting and safety

Requirements

• English level of B2 or higher;
• Russian language skills would be an advantage
• Excellent MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and Outlook);
• Friendly, patient and communicative;
• Multitasking, flexibility;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Previous experience related to Safety, Fleet or  Accounting in United States would be a strong advantage
• Ability to work at night is must (4pm-1am)
