Job Description

The role is to provide a first class IT User Support service to employees and any related third parties, assisting them with software problems via
phone, email and Intranet.

As a Help Desk Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide first line technical support answering support queries via phone, email and web;
  
• Resolving customers' raised issues at first point of contact;
  
• Efficiently and accurately log all issues and requests on the call logging system;
  
• Maintain all call lifecycles ensuring calls are regularly updated and contain valid and up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills;
  
• Ability to work under the shifts (24/7);
  
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
  
• Strong communication skills.
