Job Description
The role is to provide a first class IT User Support service to clients and any related third parties, assisting them with software problems via
phone, email and Intranet.
Core Duties:
- Provide first line technical support answering support queries via phone, email and web;
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process;
- Efficiently and accurately log all issues and requests on the call logging system;
- Maintain all call life-cycles ensuring calls are regularly updated and contain valid and up-to-date information.
Requirements
- Good Swedish and English language skills;
- IT related experience or big interest in IT and eagerness to learn;
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
- Strong communication skills.
