Job Description

The HelpDesk staff is the primary contact person for the Scandinavian customers.
He/she communicates with the customer to ensure proper understanding of what problem the customer needs help with. He/she also logs the requests and is responsible for solving the customer’s problem while on the phone or ensures that it is assigned to the right specialist team. HelpDesk staff works with one or multiple customers.


Requirements

Knowledge of Swedish, Danish or Norwegian language.
Ability to communicate in English and/or Lithuanian.
Motivation to learn IT and to use the Scandinavian language skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Ability to learn fast, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Additional information

Introduction training will be provided to selected candidates in Denmark, Sweden or Lithuania.
The CSC office is situated in Vilnius.
